We specialize in whole home restorations and new construction as well as other industries such as automotive customization and life insurance, all in which we're striving to be the best in our fields. Our real estate division looks at ways to improve your current living situation. Whether it be from creating more space in your home or just completely redesigning the functional flow of a particular space to building the entire home. We try to get you to see the full potential of the property. We also handle the buying and selling of real estate by being a licensed real estate agent under the brokerage of Metro Realty Group, LLC.
We can handle any real estate transaction that a client brings to us but we also make it our business to locate distressed and vacated homes that are in desperate need of attention for our various investor clients. Not only can we find or represent an investment deal, we can also have it funded on a asset based system.
Why do we do it?... These properties, often times, hurt the communities by bringing down surrounding property values and creating a haven for criminal activity making it an unsafe environment for its residents and visitors. A lot of times these properties get so far out of shape that they have to be torn down and reduced to vacant lots. We hate to see it get that far because these are the communities we, our families, and friends live in.
By investing in these properties ourselves as a company, we believe that we provide a beneficial service to everyone and influence growth in the communities. Our projects create jobs for people, homes for families, and positive financial change in the communities. We appeal to two primary possessions of a household with creativity and professionalism...that's what makes us so unique.
